Administration

The Administration Committees handle many of the administrative responsibilities of NHF.

Denominational Affairs Committee
This committee acts as a bridge between the Unitarian Universalist Council of Cincinnati, the Ohio Valley Unitarian Universalist District (OVUUD) and the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). They are represented on the UU Council Board and publicize events in OVUUD and the UUA to Northern Hills Fellowship.

Ministry Committee
This committee serves as a support group for the Minister and as a communication channel between the congregation and the Minister.

Human Resources Committee
This committee is responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel paid by the Fellowship for the purpose of obtaining evaluations of performance to be considered in recommending changes in salaries

Nominating Committee
This committee is responsible for finding NHF members to serve on the Board of Trustees and in other leadership positions in the Fellowship For more information about any of the Administration Committees, please contact the NHF office at 513-931-6651.
