
Financial Affairs
The Financial
Affairs Committees are responsible for the financial welfare of the Fellowship.
Budget & Finance Committee
This committee is responsible for creating financial policies, developing
a budget each year, long range financial planning, policy implementation
and maintenance, and submitting this information to the board for approval.
They also support the Canvass and Ways & Means Committees. They meet
montly.
Canvass Committee
This committee conducts the annual pledge campaign and contacts all new
members to establish pledge plans. The members of this committee meet
once in September or October for training then conduct interviews with
four to five members and return completed pledge forms to the Chair by
November.
Ways & Means Committee
This committee develops and runs fundraising events which contribute to
the income of the Fellowship. Some of these include the annual auction,
booksale, and rummage sale.
